How to top up with USDC on Base
Learn how to top up with USDC on Base: copy your deposit address, send USDC, and use the manual transaction hash fallback for exchange withdrawals if credits do not appear automatically.
Overview
- The platform accepts USDC top-ups on Base.
- After you send USDC to your assigned Base deposit address, the system credits your account once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
- The top-up flow does not require KYC.
Get your USDC deposit address
- Sign in and open the top-up or credits section.
- Choose USDC on Base as the payment method.
- Copy the unique Base deposit address shown for your account.
- Confirm the network is Base before sending.
Send USDC from a wallet

- Paste your deposit address as the recipient.
- Select Base as the network.
- Enter the USDC amount and submit the transfer.
- Keep the transaction hash from your wallet after sending.
Automatic credit after confirmation
- Credits are applied automatically once the transfer reaches the required on-chain confirmation.
- No manual action is needed when the deposit is detected normally.
- If you do not see credits after confirmation, use the manual fallback below.
Manual txHash fallback for exchange withdrawals
- Some exchange withdrawals may not be matched automatically, or you may only have the transaction hash available.
- Copy the transaction hash from the exchange withdrawal record.
- Open the top-up page and choose the manual txHash or verification option.
- Paste the exact transaction hash and submit it.
- The system checks that the hash matches a USDC transfer on Base to your deposit address and credits your account when valid.
Good practice
- Send only USDC on Base to your deposit address.
- Do not send funds from a network other than Base to the Base deposit address.
- Double-check the address before confirming any transfer.
